This place was amazing. I had a terrible accident with my beloved Toshiba Satellite (the hook on the bathroom stall broke at an airport and my backpack fell to the hard tile ground and the CD/DVD drive got damaged and the corner got a fender bender ::sniff::) but when I called Toshiba they informed me that I had purchased every single type of insurance except the kind I needed to get it repaired.
